What is Ayurveda? Ayurveda is the science of life. It is a sister science to yoga and is the most ancient medical system on earth. Ayurvedic medicine is based on the five elements of nature and the natural laws that govern the universe. It can help you maintain good health, soothe diseased health conditions, prevent new health conditions from forming, and provide a profound detoxification method for the body. Ayurveda is a holistic science that can help you balance and improve several aspects of your life.

Meet your guide.
Sharea is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher. She also has certifications as a 100-hour Ayurveda yoga therapist and 100-hour Sound Healing and Ceremony Facilitator. In November she will finish her 200-hour Historical Trauma and Somatic Archeology training. She weaves ceremony and ritual into the spaces she shares. A woman of North American Indigenous and European descent. She walks as a bridge connecting people back to themselves and the earth, through creating healing spaces, and inviting internal exploration and transformation.
